Application Process timeline

Detailed description of how to apply and approval process mechanism.

Registration Step 1

One time registration

One time registration is required for applying in various properties. Please note mobile number and email is necessary for completing the registration verification process.
Registration Verification Step 2

Registration Verification

Please follow the email containing instructions to activate and complete the registration process.
Apply for Plots Step 3
Submit Application

Login to your account using your registered email address and password. Following are the details required to apply for plots:
- Scanned PDF document containing Concept note and project proposal
- Scanned PDF document containing Cancelled Cheque
Application Scrutiny Step 4

Application Scrutiny

Application will get scrutinized by competent authorities. On approval applicant will receive an UPC code via email which will be required during the payment process. In case of rejection you may re-apply via fresh application.
Payment Step 5

Plot Selection and Payment

Make payment using UPC code to complete the booking process.
